Terms & Conditions of booking

Thank you for choosing to book with us!

Arrival and Departure

Please let us know in advance roughly when you plan to arrive. Unless you make special arrangements, we look forward to welcoming you between 4pm and 7pm.

On departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 10 am on weekdays, or 10.30 at week-ends.

Payment

We are currently only able to accept payment by cash OR cheque with bankers’ card (Cheques should be made payable to “Acorn Place”).

Deposit

A 50% deposit is needed to secure your booking.

Cancellations

There is a 14 day cancellation policy. After this time we reserve the right to retain your deposit unless we are able to relet the accommodation.

Smoking

This is a non-smoking establishment. We have a strict “No Smoking” policy in all our rooms.

Other Information

Parents are asked to watch young children if they approach the pretty pond and summer house, and to remember that farmland boundaries sometimes contain barbed wire. That said, we offer a safe and quiet environment in which to enjoy your stay.
